Making a booking: You can make a booking by sending us an email to the following email address: jaynebill@xtra.co.nz. We guarantee a response to all emails as soon as possible and certainly within 12 hours.
Things to include in your email:
- Name
- Contact details
- Planned dates of accommodation
- Number of people staying (children etc)
- Preferred suite to stay in (Claret/Champagne)
Rates for Claret and Champagne Suites: Either suite is $170 per night for two people. This price includes large continental breakfast with homemade bread, jam and muffins. We also provide fresh fruit, yoghurt, home cooked croissant and cereals. If this doesn't fill you up then a cooked breakfast can be provided for a small extra charge.
Deposit Policy: No reservation will be accepted or guaranteed, unless a valid credit card number including the cardholder's credit card expiry date are supplied at the time the reservation is made.
Booking Payments: Payments can be made either by Credit Card or cash. We will accept a New Zealand cheque, provided it is for bookings made two weeks in advance of the date of arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may be made up to 48hrs before arrival. When confirmed reservations are cancelled inside 48 hours prior to arrival, or when guests fail to arrive, cancellation charges of one night’s accommodation will apply. All charges will be debited against the credit card number, as supplied at the time the reservation was first made.
Our Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. All data supplied will only be used to fulfil our business requirements and not be disclosed to third parties unless instructed by legal authorities of NZ.
